Environmental Risk Communications, Inc.

ERCI was formed in February 1994 to develop and service software
to help companies manage their environmental liabilities and project
more effectively. The company participates in the Microsoft Developer
Network and the American Society of Testing & Materials Environmental
Risk committee.
Crystal Ball is used to bracket major cost variables in environmental
projects. These variables are often bracketed through consensus
with other parts of a major company (production, real estate,
finance, etc.). Through this process, environmental project managers
reach strategy decisions (select fastest technology, lease out
property during cleanup, use risk-based corrective action cleanup
standards) that reflect the current understanding of project risks,
and the value of additional information.

Crystal Ball Professional
Crystal Ball is used with our software, Defender, to restate
environmental projects in, net present value terms, and then sum
the ranged projects into a ranged budget for the full portfolio
of projects. This information is used to provide the audit trail
for environmental reserve forecasts and other reports needed for
SEC, ISO 14000, and insurer disclosure.
