The Crystal Ball Six Sigma Forum was held May 8th at the Courtyard by Marriott Magnificent Mile.  The event featured a full day of case studies, best practices and workshops led by Crystal Ball and risk modeling experts working in the Six Sigma field.

The event offered a wide range of talks that covered many different uses for Crystal Ball in Six Sigma, Lean and DFSS.   Attendees came from across the United States and three other countries.
