Hyperion – Decisioneering Acquisition Announcement
We are delighted to announce that Hyperion, the global leader in Business Performance Management (BPM) software, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Decisioneering, Inc.
Decisioneering will operate as a stand-alone Hyperion business unit. As a Crystal Ball software customer, this means very little will change for you in the immediate future.
Decisioneering’s dedicated product, sales and technical support teams will remain unchanged and will continue to deliver the high-quality support you’ve grown to expect. Your current maintenance and support contracts are not affected by this acquisition, nor are any outstanding quotes for new or additional purchases.
Many of you already know Hyperion. In fact, Decisioneering and Hyperion share many of the same customers. Hyperion is the global leader in Business Performance Management software. Hyperion provides companies with the “connecting fabric” that enables management to link strategies to plans, continuously monitor execution against goals, and drive enterprise-wide performance improvement.
Going forward, we feel that better integration with Crystal Ball will further enable Hyperion customers to make decisions that maximize success, while mitigating risk and understanding uncertainty. Crystal Ball customers will be able to extend the power of BPM into operational activities and throughout the enterprise.
