User Manual Policy

Decisioneering distributes electronic (PDF) copies of user manuals and hard copies of some software user manuals with purchased commercial versions of our software. We do not include hard copies of manuals with evaluation (trial) versions of our products.

We do include electronic (PDF) copies of manuals with purchased academic versions of our software and with evaluation disks that we distribute through the mail or at tradeshows, seminars, and other events.

Replacement Manuals

Lost your manuals? Don't worry! We sell hard copies of our users manuals. The standard manual costs $30 US plus shipping, the set of professional manuals (four in all) costs $65 US plus shipping and the set of premium manuals costs $125 US plus shipping.

To order, have your registration number (2000.2.2 and earlier) or Host ID (2000.5 or later) ready and contact a member of our sales team.

Special Requests

If, for some special reason, you need but do not have the electronic or hard copy manual(s), you can contact the sales team (see above) to request a copy or copies. Exceptions to our distribution policy include authors who feature the software in their publications or who are planning to review our software for a magazine, journal, or organization.

Manuals for Academics

We do not offer discounts on manuals, however if a student or professor would like to purchase a hard copy of one or several manuals, he or she can contact our Academic Program manager at the phone and fax numbers listed above or at education@crystalball.com.
