has produced a patch to correct this problem.

determine which build you have, start Crystal
Ball and choose Help > Crystal Ball >
About Crystal Ball. Product version 7.1.2
appears under the graphic at the left side
of the dialog if you have this version and
build number 7.1.805.1 appears on the right.
If you have an earlier build, another number,
such as 7.1.700.1, appears under the graphic
at the right side of the dialog and no product
version number appears on the left.
