Why do I receive an error message when clicking
on Glossary in the Risk Analysis Using Crystal Ball training CD?
If Adobe Acrobat Reader is not installed on a machine, clicking
on Glossary along the left navigation bar in either the full version
or demo version of the Risk Analysis Using Crystal Ball training
CD results in an error dialog. This dialog is titled "Trainersoft"
and reads:
Can't Run Application
Cmd Line: [C:\PROGRAM FILES\CB
TRAINING\CBTRAINING\C_Documents_and_Settings_Administrator_Desktop_E-Co
urse_CDFiles_Glossary.pdf]
WinExec returned: 2
File Not Found.
ShellExecute returned: 31
Current Dir: [C:\WINDOWS\Desktop]
This error dialog indicates that Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot
be found. In order to view Glossary (a PDF file), install Adobe
Acrobat Reader either from the Adobe Systems Incorporated Web
site (http://www.adobe.com/) or from the Adobe Acrobat Reader
installer located in the Manuals folder on the Crystal Ball CD-ROM.
